The target must make a Wisdom saving throw, potentially receiving any of the following conditions:

Blinded

Clumsy

Confused

Enfeebled

Frightened

Poisoned

Sap

Sickened

Sleep

Stupefied
.

Critical Success (+10). The target is unaffected.
Success. The target is afflicted with 2 random conditions.
Failure. The target is afflicted with 4 random conditions.
Critical Failure (–10). The target is afflicted with 6 random conditions.


Then, you roll percentile dice for each condition afflicted on the creature, to determine the conditions. Each time you roll that condition, the duration of that condition on that creature is set to 1 minute → 1 hour → 8 hours → 24 hours → 5 days. This excludes the Sap condition, which remains at a 1 minute duration, but increases the number of stacks.

*A creature affected by this condition can make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC at the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the specific condition ends on it. But on a failed save, the condition lasts for the duration.
